Terms of Service
1.You understand that the owner of this website, WunderSolutions.com, is not responsible or liable for data loss with regard to the account registered in your name ("Your Account").
2.You understand that Your Account may be cancelled at any time without notice if, in the opinion of WunderSolutions.com or any of its employees, the contents of any web pages being statistically tracked ("Tracked Pages") in Your Account are:
a) creating an undue strain on WunderSolutions.com's web sites, servers, bandwidth or other resources.
b) associated in any way with SPAM (unsolicited email).
c) deemed to be offensive, illegal or obscene in any way.
3. WunderSolutions.com may also terminate Your Account if:
a) Your Account is past due
b) Your Account is involved in any attempts to undermine the security of WunderSolutions.com's servers or data.
4. You understand that you have no legal entitlement to the service offered by WunderSolutions.com. Once your account has been removed, your access to the service which was provided to you by WunderSolutions.com will have ceased.
5. Refunds will be processed in accordance with WunderCounter.com's published Refund Policy.
6. The service associated with Your Account is subject to change. For example, features and reporting in your account may be added, upgraded, altered or cancelled at any time without notice. In practice, features are rarely removed, but you should be aware of this possibility. For example, features which rely on 3rd party services may no longer be available if the 3rd party alters its Terms of Service, goes offline or in some other way alters its relationship with WunderSolutions.com
7. You understand that the data which are collected in Your Account are the exclusive property of WunderSolutions.com. WunderSolutions.com will give you access to your data as long as your account is in good standing, but how the data is managed (e.g. collected, organized, saved and deleted) is at the sole discretion of WunderSolutions.com. Further clarification can be found in WunderSolutions.com's published Privacy Policy.
8. You understand that if Your Account exceeds the stated limit of space which is allotted to it by WunderSolutions.com some or all of the data in Your Account may be removed without your consent. For example, if Your Account provides you with X days worth of log files, any data beyond X days may be removed or become unavailable.
9. In no event will WunderSolutions.com be liable to you for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, compensatory damages, lost profits, lost data or any form of special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if WunderSolutions.com is informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to your actual province or country of residence. Any waiver or other modification of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by WunderSolutions.com. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
