No. Because of the way Myspace is set up, it's just not possible to do this. If someone claims that they're able to provide you with this information, you should regard this with the highest degree of skepticism and keep a close eye on your wallet.
Something like this would, at the very least, require JavaScript, which is banned from Myspace pages. And let's face it, it's probably not a cool thing to track. You can get a lot of tracking information (IP numbers, geolocation etc) from the WunderCounter, but friend names and ids are *not* available.
